What is Video on Demand?
Can I download the videos I purchase?
No. Videos on Demand must be streamed over an internet connection. This allows us to protect your videos in our cloud, and allows you to watch them from any internet connected device.
How do I change my profile information?
Once you log in to the site, you will see a link titled ‘Edit My Profile‘. Click this to edit your contact info, password, display name, etc.
How do I know which videos are in my library?
Once you log in to the site, you will see a link titled ‘Your Videos‘. Click this and all of your video content will be displayed.
How do I access all videos?
Choose the “Kitchen Sink” option when purchasing or upgrading your membership. All videos will be accessible to you. Click Here for more information on All Access to all the Videos on Demand.
How do I upgrade my membership?
Once you log in to the site, you will see a link titled ‘Membership Details‘. Click this to view and update your membership.
