Click Team Management from the left menu

Click Subscriptions from the top menu
Step 3
Choose the subscription you want to cancel by clicking on the subscription number or “View.” (If you’re not sure, click on one of them and scroll down to see the associated team name)

Click “Cancel”
Step 5
Your subscription will still be active for a short period of time before our system processes the cancellation.
Step 6
You can reactivate your subscription any time before your next renewal date by clicking repeating steps 1-4, then clicking the “Reactivate” button
