This tutorial shows players how to upload their test videos
Step 1
Login at stagesbasketball.com and click Stage Training in the top left corner
Step 2
Choose Ignition by clicking Get Started or by clicking on the image
Step 3
Watch the introduction video, then choose the category you want to begin training in. For this example, we will choose Dribbling.
Step 4
Begin with the first skill
Step 5
Watch the demonstration video
Step 6
Practice the skill demonstrated in the video. When you are ready, get someone to take a video of you performing the skill (or set up your device and video yourself).

Upload your video
Step 8
Click Upload Your Test
Step 9
Click Back to Category to continue progressing through the Stages videos. You will receive a notification when your coach either approves or denies your video.
